This Event was hosted by RAD COMMS
Across so many of our movements, we see a gap between how much people support our solutions and how little they believe change is possible. Bridging this “hope gap,” as coined by BLIS Collective, is a defining narrative challenge of our time — and a critical approach for organizing people in a time of despair and disillusionment.
In this RadSession, we’ll hear key lessons drawn from climate, reparations, and housing justice movements that have faced this challenge head on. Organizers will share research, campaign tactics, and ideas for how to seed narratives of hope that activate our people and grow our movements. Join us to learn, dream, and scheme for making a better future possible for all of us!
Co-hosts: Ashley Fairbanks, Cory Fischer, and Justin Morgan
